3pm Friday 6th June until
10am Monday 9th June 2025.
HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO MILITARY SECURITY REQUIREMENTS, ACCESS TO THE VENUE WILL BE STRICTLY CONTROLLED THIS YEAR AND ONLY AVAILABLE AS FOLLOWS

DUE TO CONTINUED MILITARY STORAGE REQUIREMENTS, THE NORMAL RALLY SERVICE AREA IS ALSO UNAVAILABLE WHICH MEANS A MORE RESTRICTED SPACE FOR CAMPING.
REMEMBER – NO CAMPING OR SLEEPING WITHIN THE SERVICE AREA ON SATURDAY NIGHT
NO OPEN FIRES OR DISPOSABLE BBQ’S ON GRASS AREAS

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CAMPERS:
CAR-nival is about having fun so free camping is encouraged and permitted on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. We ask you to be courteous and considerate to other 'campers', especially music and noise after 11pm. Please take away everything you bring especially barbeques, broken chairs and tents - We send our thanks to the individual who in the past left us their burnt out generators, gazebo's and old tyres which cost the charities money to dispose of - every pound we spend is a pound less for the good causes!
Toilet facilities are provided but note that these are
NOT CHEMICAL TOILET DISPOSAL FACILITIES
Take it home with you!
We strongly recommend that you bring adequate provisions with you (Especially Water).

Hotels: There are a wide range of hotels, Inns and B & B’s in the area but please be warned that this is early summer on the edge of the Cotswolds so accommodation can be scarce and we are afraid, very expensive.
